How long does shipping take?
Typically around 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 3 days for processing & fulfillment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number!
Returns
How do I return an item?
Please email us at maddiegraceluxe@gmail.com for all returns.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-8 business days for processing. Your bank or credit card may take time to process the refund as well. Please reach out if you have not received the refund after 14 business days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Possibly! It depends on the item and what we have in stock. We would love to help find something that better suits you!

How often do you get new items?
We try to post new arrivals every Friday! This may vary based on holidays or vacations since we are the only "employees".

Do you offer pay in installment options?
Currently, we only offer Shop Pay & PayPal for installments. We are working to allow other options like Sezzle, Klarna, & After Pay.
